IMTrack

Inventory management for your equipment fleet: devices, models, contracts and activities in one web application – each device recorded once and carried through its entire life cycle.

IMTrack device management

One record per device, for its whole life

In IMTrack you see, for each device, its inventory and serial number, its location by site, building and floor, and its model – and with the model come the manufacturer, risk class, protection class and maintenance interval. The maintenance contract, the activities and the attachments all hang off the device.

Anything that applies to a whole product line lives on the model, not on the individual device. That sounds like a detail, but it decides whether a change to a manufacturer specification is maintained once or three hundred times.

IMTrack runs in the browser, supports multiple users and has fine-grained permissions – who may see and change what is set per role.

Your benefit

What you gain

Due dates at a glance

The maintenance overview gathers maintenance work and safety tests across the whole fleet – sorted by next due date, with urgency colour-coded. Automatic reminder messages are in preparation.

Measurements on the device history

You upload the export file from the tester (SECUTEST, EasyTransfer/ETC). Each test sits on the device with all its individual steps and can be printed as a test report.

Finding devices again

With RFID tags you find a device even when it is standing behind a curtain: walk through the room with the reader and get the list of every device in range.

The maintenance overview gathers due dates across the whole fleet, sorted by next due date and with urgency colour-coded – overdue, coming up, appointment already arranged. Automatic sending of reminders is in preparation.

Yes. The test itself runs on the tester, usually a SECUTEST. You upload its export file from EasyTransfer/ETC into IMTrack; each test sits on the device with all its individual steps, linked to the activity, and can be printed as a test report.
