The protection of your data matters to us. This policy explains how Immeditech AG processes personal data – in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

When you use one of our forms (contact form, appointment request for the assessment or job application form), we process the data you provide (e.g. name, organisation, email, phone, preferred date and your message) in order to deal with your request. Application data is used exclusively for the application process.
When visiting the website, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed) is processed to ensure operation and security.
We process your data solely to answer your enquiry, to provide our services and to fulfil legal obligations.
Your data is disclosed only where necessary for service delivery or where there is a legal obligation. Any processors are contractually bound to confidentiality.
Our website embeds map material from OpenStreetMap (provider: OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). For data-protection reasons the map is not loaded automatically: no data is transmitted to OpenStreetMap when you open the page. Only when you actively click "Load map" are the map tiles requested from OpenStreetMap's servers. In doing so your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap; this is technically necessary in order to deliver the map content to your browser. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or statutory retention periods.
